WHAT IS LOVE? : NURSERY CORNER
We all have different perspectives on what love means to us, and February is often seen to be the month of love, so on Valentine's Day, we visited our nursery corner to learn more about what love means to them and how we can show love to one another. Distinct Star Nursery and Primary School is one of the best schools in Lagos, Magodo neighborhood and provides a strong foundation for any youngster.
Some of our young stars' perspectives on love demonstrate the purity of their hearts and their grasp of what love means to them.

ON THE WINGS OF LOVE
To me, love means assistance. Wings enable birds to fly and soar higher, thus if you care about someone, you should constantly back them up. If my mother wants to read a book downstairs, my father will join her, but if she wants to watch TV, my father will join her. It's almost as if my father admires her, therefore whatever she wants to do, he'll do as well.

OUR LOVE IS DYNAMIC
We should treat those we care about with respect, be kind to them, forgive them often, and be content with them, just as Jesus did. My teachers and parents have given me stories about loving the next person as much as you love yourself, which means that if you love someone, you will not do awful things to them as you would not do to yourself.

MUCH LOVE
Every day, I go to school and see the people I care about, my friends. Love is a positive emotion toward others. My buddies and I have a great deal of affection for one another, and we help, play, and make each other laugh. They make me feel completely at ease at all times.
