About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Overseeing and managing the company's information technology systems and ensuring that they align with business goals.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Staff and Parent Management:
Leading, guiding and training both students and staff. Establish, maintain and provide timely support to both parents and staff.
Technical duties:
Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software in the School.
Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure by implementing and maintaining security policies and protocols.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized IT services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or any other higher qualifications in Education,
5 years of continuous experience within the education sector
Great knowledge of British and Nigeria ICT, Computer Science and Data Processing curriculum.
Excellent ICT Skills (e.g. MS Office, Teams and Education management
systems)
Programming knowledge in various CODING language such as Scratch, HTML, CSS ,JAVASCRIPT is an added advantage.
Ability to install and troubleshoot networking gadgets.
Outstanding organizational and Leadership ability.
